These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Nala Studio (nalastudio.app), operated by Platin Digital. By using Nala Studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Account & Access

To use Nala Studio, you must:

• Sign in using a valid Google account.
• Be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction).
• Keep your login credentials secure and not share account access.

Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all videos and content you create using Nala Studio. You grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

All AI-generated assets (scripts, animations, images) produced by Nala Studio are licensed to you for commercial and personal use.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Nala Studio to:

• Create content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or violates the rights of others.
• Distribute malware or attempt to breach the security of our systems.
• Use the service for unauthorized automated or bulk content generation.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

Credits & Subscriptions

Nala Studio uses a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when generating or exporting videos. Subscription plans renew monthly and unused credits do not roll over. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

Service Availability

We strive to keep Nala Studio available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

Nala Studio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases and your data may be deleted.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Nala Studio after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of material changes through the service or via email.
